Experience:
- A licensed Insolvency Practitioner (ICAEW) who has over 20 years restructuring and insolvency experience.
- A wide ranging experience that covers all aspects of business rescue and insolvency procedures, with a particular expertise in corporate cases.
- A broad range of technical knowledge. Regularly provides restructuring advice to the management of small to medium sized companies.
- Over time has built excellent relationships with accountants, solicitors and financial institutions and regularly provides restructuring advice to their clients.
- Sajid qualified as an accountant and gained extensive knowledge and experience in audit, advisory and tax. He commenced his insolvency career with PKF which subsequently merged with BDO LLP and joined Mazars LLP as a director before joining Greenfield Recovery Limited.

Experience:
- Michelle started her career at BBC Accounts, after several jobs in industry she moved into Insolvency, training at Deliottes in the head office in London.
- From July 2004 to July 2008 , she was the chair of SW and Wales R3 Womens’ Group.
- She passed her JIE in December 2006 and obtained her practising license in July 2008.
- Michelle has worked on all types of Corporate work (Administrations, CVAs, Compulsory Liquidations, Members’ and Creditors’ s Voluntary Liquidations), and Personal work (IVAs and Bankruptcies ).
- Michelle has a broad range of skills, her specialisms are small to medium tier firms and charitable liquidations and advice.

- Having worked in insolvency since 2002, I have experience of both personal and corporate insolvency including LPA Receiverships. I work with a great team who are motivated to provide progressive solutions to all insolvency and restructuring projects.

- Ian commenced work in Insolvency in September 1985 at the Official Receiver’s office in Birmingham, in 1992 he moved into private practice and joined Baker TiIly
- In December 2000 Ian sat and passed the JIE exams and became an appointment taking Insolvency Practitioner and partner in Poppleton & Appleby and then a director at Begbies Traynor
- In December 2007 Ian became a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and set up Silke & Co as a sole IP in Doncaster. Over the next 11 years Silke & Co and its associated companies grew in size to 50+ staff and 3 IP’s. In October 2018 Silke & Co was acquired by Wilkin Chapman and the acquired firm became known as Wilkin Chaman Business Solutions.
- Ian joined the Lutterworth practice of FA Simms & Partners in August 2022, which was acquired by FTS Recovery in December 2023.
- In June 2025 Ian joined the team at Greenfield Recovery as one of four Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, who are supported by a highly motivated team of administrators and managers who provide the necessary case work and progression of the various cases and assignments.
- Ian has a wealth of knowledge in Corporate and Personal Insolvency and Business Rescue, his friendly and approachable nature allows him to advise directors and stakeholders on their options and guide them through the appropriate process.
